Celloid
Start with a single cell and grow it into a living colony.
Celloid is a cellular management and strategy game where you must keep your cells alive, balanced, and under control as your colony continues to grow.
Provide water and nutrients to help your cells develop and divide. Manage your resources carefully, unlock new laboratory abilities, protect vulnerable cells with immunity, and use apoptosis to eliminate cancerous cells before they threaten the rest of the colony.
As your organism grows, maintaining balance becomes increasingly difficult. Keep your cells healthy, manage your resources, and react quickly when something goes wrong.
How long can you keep your colony alive?
About the prototype
Celloid was created in just 4 days as a small game development challenge. This version is an early prototype designed to test the core concept, gameplay, difficulty, and resource balancing.
The game is still evolving, and your feedback can help us decide where to take it next!
We'd love your feedback!
After playing, feel free to leave a comment and tell us:
- What do you think about the overall concept?
- Were the explanations and pop-ups easy to understand?
- Did you understand what each resource does?
- How did you find the difficulty?
- How did you find the resource balancing and prices?
- What was the maximum number of cells you reached?
- Did you have enough money and water at the beginning?
- What would you improve or add to the game?
Thanks for playing Celloid!
